Taigan Safari Park in the Crimean town of Belogorsk has presented a rare newborn Amur leopard cub named Casper. According to the head of the park, Oleg Zubkov, the cute little boy is active and well-fed. “There are very few Amur leopards, so they need to be reproduced. We will not hold him for a long time, we will get him to his mother,” he said. Casper is still blind, but will begin to open his eyes over several weeks. In the footage, Zubkov is also seen bringing two recently-born Amur tiger cubs to their mother, who welcomed them with affection.
