Wildfires rage in US northwest prompting mass evacuations

Wildfires continue to spread across the northwestern states of US, forcing authorities to evacuate areas of hundreds of people. Around 1,400 people had to leave their homes, obeying the evacuation orders, according to Reuters. Three firefighters were killed and four others were injured as flames overcame them while they were battling a wildfire in Washington State on Wednesday.
