Floating white foam covered the streets of Bengaluru, India, on Wednesday, as the city continued to struggle with the toxic froth spilling out of the city’s lakes due to a concoction of chemicals and sewage. Firefighters tried to contain the frothing lake, which is already fenced in after a previous attempt to curb the problem. The polluted waters even led to fires in the past.
