Around 500 people took to the streets of Brussels on Wednesday to protest police brutality. The protesters chanted slogans condemning police brutality and lit flares as they were marching through the city. The protest was organized by activist groups on 'The International Day against Police Violence', as a statement against police brutality, which they say has increased with enhanced security measures put in place after the terrorist attacks which shook Brussels and Paris in 2016.
