Mounted police dispersed a hundred-strong pro-Kurdish rally in front of parliament in The Hague on Wednesday, where a meeting between Dutch Prime Minister Mark Rutte and his Turkish counterpart, Ahmet Davutoglu, was taking place. Protesters chanted slogans slamming the Turkish government while waving flags displaying Kurdish symbols and colors. Soviet flags could also be seen, as well as flags bearing the image of imprisoned PKK leader Abdullah Ocalan.
