Two passenger trains derailed near Harda, in Madhya Pradesh, on Wednesday, leaving at least 24 people and 25 injured. Emergency workers continue to look for survivors, as 300 passengers have been rescued, but it is not clear how many people were on board. The tragedy happened as two trains were passing each other on a bridge when some of the coaches came off due to flooding on the tracks and fell into the river.
