Some 20 protesters were arrested in Paris on Tuesday as a 500-strong protest took to the streets to call for a new government and constitution at the annual Bastille Day military parade. The activists want a "National Council of France" to replace the French government. They are also seeking a collective of volunteer citizens, reportedly from all political castes, who would replace what they see as the financially-guided political elite.
