Several thousand Russian servicemen marched through Red Square in commemoration of an historic 1941 military parade in Moscow on November 7. The parade involved more than 5,000 people, many dressed in World War Two-era uniforms, and featured famous ‘Katyusha’ rocket launchers and other historical weapons. On November 7, 1941, Soviet Army troops marched through central Moscow before heading straight to the frontline to fight the Nazi army.
