Dozens of protesters took to the streets of Port-au-Prince, Haiti on Tuesday, alleging that the country's recent presidential elections were marred by substantial corruption and vote tampering. Police fired tear gas to disperse the crowd, arresting a number of protesters. Haiti's electoral authority, the Provisional Electoral Council, has said the release of preliminary results of voting will now be delayed until Thursday as the allegations are investigated.
