Over 4,000 people attended a silent march in honor of the nine-year-old girl, known as 'Chloe' in Calais on Thursday. Chloe was found raped and murdered in a nearby wood just an hour after being snatched from her mother on Wednesday afternoon. Mourners laid hundreds of flowers outside the park next to Chloe’s home.

Police have arrested 38-year-old Polish citizen Zbigniew Himinski, who is suspected of the crime. Reports suggest he was only recently released from prison and should have been deported from France.
