Protesters clashed with police in Buenos Aires on Tuesday morning following a demonstration over the death of Alberto Nisman, lead investigator with AMIA (Asociación Mutual Israelita Argentina). He was found dead from a gunshot in his apartment on Sunday. Nisman had been investigating Argentina’s deadliest anti-Semitic attack ever. In July 1994, a bomb went off in a Jewish community center killing 85 people and injuring hundreds. The investigator had accused Argentinean President Cristina Fernandez of covering up Iran's alleged involvement.

The prosecutor was found dead with a bullet wound to his head in his Buenos Aires apartment on Sunday. A 22-calibre handgun was found lying next to him. Officials say there was no evidence that anyone else had been involved in the death and concluded it was a suicide.
