“Calls ignored for investigation of Gitmo case” - lawyer

The Defense Department is ignoring demands to further investigate the case of Mohammed Jawad, believed to be the youngest Guantanamo detainee, says his lawyer Eric Montalvo.

“We identified several instances of abuse,” Montalvo told RT. “We would either send this via memo through the convenient authority or the proper official chain – and we would never get a response.”
