‘Heartless scumbag’ who lured cat into violent kicking arrested (DISTURBING VIDEO)

Over 1.5 million disgusted viewers denounced the shocking display of animal cruelty when it was posted by the offender’s friend on Facebook on Monday, according to the Mail Online.

Police in south-east London confirmed on Thursday that a 16-year-old boy had been arrested on Wednesday evening on suspicion of animal cruelty after the footage was brought to their attention.
