"Out" law? Ft. Alan Dershowitz, emeritus professor at Harvard Law School

This phrase has long become a byword for selective justice in authoritarian regimes, but it actually belongs to a man who deposed an elected president before taking his place. That happened in Peru a century ago. Could something similar be happening again, this time in the United States with the Mueller investigation?
