A UK judge stuns supporters of Julian Assange by refusing to extradite him to the US. Their joy at the decision is tempered, though, by Washington's impending appeal and by his remaining in British custody. We get reaction from one of Assange's high-profile supporters. Press-freedom groups are also concerned by the ruling as the judge largely supported America's espionage charges against Assange, refusing to extradite him only because of concerns over his mental health.
