Pharmstandard posts FY 2010 net profit of 7.163 billion roubles

Russian pharmaceutical maker, Pharmstandard, has posted a FY 2010 net profit of 7.163 billion roubles under IFRS.

The net result was up 4.5% year on year from the 6.852 billion rouble profit posted for FY 2009, with FY 2010 EBITDA up 0.5% year on year to 9.685 billion roubles, as revenues climbed 23.2% year on year to 29.686 billion roubles.The company noted that sales of its own drugs increased 9.9% and sales of 3rd party drugs jumped 60%, offsetting an 8.5% fall in sales of medical equipment.
