“New York health workers protest mandatory swine flu vaccinations”

The state of New York’s requirement that health care workers be immunized with the swine flu vaccine is causing protests, Barbara Loe Fisher, President of the National Vaccine Information Center, told RT.

She added that even pregnant women and others who feel that they would be at risk if they took the swine flu vaccine are being forced to accept the treatment.

As for the general situation, Barbara Loe Fisher says that polls have shown that somewhere from one-third to 50 percent of families are not going to allow their children to be treated with the swine flu vaccine.

“A lot of people have taken a wait-and-see attitude to see if this virus is going to become more dangerous,” she says.
