“Legitimate Afghan government is unlikely in foreseeable future”

The levels of corruption and mismanagement are so pervasive in the Afghan government that it will be difficult to create any sort of legitimacy, Malou Innocent of the Cato Institute on Afghanistan and Pakistan, told RT.
