Russia-US ties important at all levels

Andrew Hardisty, head of the group Democrats Abroad, had this to say about relations between the Russian and American Presidents.

“Having a good personal relationship is good, but it’s in addition to having good organizational relationships between the governments,” Hardisty said.

“There is a lot a lot of effort being put forward now by the administration into developing working relationships at different levels with the Russian government,” he added.
