Neutral, not neutered? Hans Koechler, president of the International Progress Organization
The Prussian general and military theorist Carl von Clausewitz famously said that war is a continuation of politics by other means. Today’s guest takes that a bit further by suggesting “sanctions are the continuation of war by other means.” But in the case of the Ukrainian conflict, we now have both. Is that likely to lead to a lasting peace? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Hans Koechler, president of the International Progress Organization.
