Legend has it that, back in the Cold War days, the Art of War by the great Chinese strategist Sun Tzu was a must-read for training KGB officers, especially the part about making the enemy take your strength for weakness and vice versa. In the new round of open hostility between Russia and the west, what strategy would China choose?
