Work to live or live to work?

It is the brave man or woman who, in a boardroom today, asks ‘why?’

In business now, critical thinking often gives way to groupthink as companies and start-ups chase short-term profits and goals.

But chasing money and status to find meaning is as inexplicable as using profit instead of purpose as a motivator.
