Russia has called a UN Security Council meeting following what Moscow calls a "provocation by Ukrainian radicals" in the town of Bucha near Kiev. That's after Ukraine released images of bodies in the streets, blaming Russian forces for the killings. The Russian Investigative Committee has opened a criminal investigation into calls by the mayor of the Ukrainian city of Dnepr for the killing of Russians "all over the world" and "in the largest possible quantities". Fighting continues in the Donetsk Republic's city of Mariupol as Russian forces move to capture city's metallurgical plant, allegedly the last stronghold of the Azov battalion in the area. Pakistan is headed for fresh elections. After a vote of no-confidence in Prime Minister Imran Khan was rejected as unconstitutional and its parliament dissolved. Khan alleges the US is behind the political turmoil.
