10 people have been arrested after the brutal murder of a history teacher. The perpetrator was an 18-year-old Chechen man - who was shot dead by police. Armenia and Azerbaijan agree a new ceasefire, but immediately after, trade more accusations of attacks in the disputed region of Nagorno-Karabakh. Shells rain down on areas surrounding the disputed territory too - with civilian casualties reported in Azerbaijan's second-largest city. We hear from both sides of the conflict. President Putin announces the approval of a second Russian vaccine against COVID-19. Our correspondent Maria Finoshina was among those taking part in the testing for the first jab.
