Foreign ministers from the two warring parties are heading to the Russian capital. Shelling ruins an historic cathedral in Nagorno-Karabakh. French president Emanuel Macron wants the Arabic language taught in schools. He says it's meant to clamp down on radical Islam. This plan's been met with criticism from across the spectrum. And in Berlin, scuffles as police 'face off' at dawn with left-wing radicals who are resisting authorities' attempts to evict an iconic squatters' protest.
