At least three civilians are killed and dozens injured as extremists again shell residential areas of the city of Aleppo. An RT crew on the ground in Syria filmed the aftermath of the attack. Meanwhile the US Secretary of State, John Kerry, lays the blame for the situation in Syria, squarely on Russia, for what he calls "the worst humanitarian disaster since World War Two". Iraq's Prime Minister announces the start of a long-anticipated operation to free Mosul from Islamic State, while the Red Cross tells RT it's expecting up to one million people to be displaced by the attack and in desperate need of assistance.
