Julian Assange is safe...for now

Assange has been held for years in a UK prison after a long-term stay at the Ecuadoran Embassy in London. Now in poor health and with extradition all but inevitable, Assange’s lawyers have pulled out all the stops to defend him from extradition, and all of the consequences of rotting in a US prison.
