While the West maintains its anti-Russia rhetoric, and backs it up with ever more sanctions, the official position of Kiev is not so clear. When addressing the Davos crowd, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called for negotiations. But one of his chief negotiators contradicted this. So where does Kiev stand?
