IMF revises global growth for 2020
A year of economic turmoil takes a slight turn for the better, as the International Monetary Fund revises its 2020 global outlook. Plus, one of the major giants in the Covid-19 vaccine race has hit the brakes, following an unexpected event in trials. Meanwhile, central banks around the world are coming together to decide on rules for digital currencies, specifically, stable coins. These are coins that would be used in cross-border transactions, such as Facebook’s Libra.
