Sliding into chaos: How civil war will tear the West apart

Much like certain European bureaucrats, we all tend to think of the West as a garden. Inside the garden there is civilization, security, and progress. Outside of the garden, in regions known as the Global South or the Third World, there is chaos, destruction, and political instability. But our guest today says that may all be soon changing with the onset of something previously unheard of in the West: civil war. On this episode of The Whistleblowers, John Kiriakou is joined by Professor of War at King’s College London David Betz, who says the United States and Europe are sliding into a civil war that will hit within the next five or ten years. Join us to find out what awaits us!

Sliding into chaos: How civil war will tear the West apart
In The Whistleblowers, former CIA agent John Kiriakou brings you some of the bravest men and women fighting for justice. John himself knows what it’s like, having blown the whistle on CIA torture, paying the price with years in prison, and lawsuit upon lawsuit. On The Whistleblowers, John Kiriakou sings the praises and brings to light the people we rely on to keep our government and institutions in check.
