World Freedom Index: fact or hypocrisy?

On this edition of the 360 View, we ask if the World Freedom Index is just a ranking made up by the West to justify involvement in foreign conflicts. Who writes and decides the criteria for the index and others like it? Is it just another tool of US global hegemony to label bad actors and countries that are ripe for regime change?
