For all their differences in style, Joe Biden and Donald Trump are not that different in terms of what they are promising the American people. Ending the ‘forever wars’, “building back better,” and making sure that the rules of international trade are not rigged against US companies – this is not Trump, this is Biden. While the divergence in rhetoric is vivid, are we really up for a major change in US policy?
