Grief expert, David Kessler, had been helping families cope with their grief for years, when suddenly he lost his child at 21 years old. Kessler says he wishes he could have gone back and written a letter this o every family saying, I'm sorry, I never understood how painful it truly is to loose a child. This has lead him down a road of his own need for healing. Now he has written a new book detailing the ways he was able to deal with his grief called "Finding Meaning: The Sixth Stage of Grief."
