Richard Medhurst

Richard Medhurst is a British journalist born in Damascus, Syria. He covers international relations, US politics and the Middle East with a strong emphasis on anti-imperialism. He was one of the few journalists to report on Julian Assange’s extradition hearing in London.

In his first year of reporting he has grown a successful YouTube channel with over 40,000 subscribers, in addition to a large following online. He also hosts a weekly television program on Press TV, and since Spring 2021 contributes regularly to RT through articles and video reports. He also contributes to Black Agenda Report.
