Facebook, Instagram briefly down across parts of Europe & Russia

Facebook, Messenger and Instagram were briefly inaccessible in parts of Europe, as well as central Russia late on Tuesday and early on Wednesday. Outages were experienced mostly in Norway, Sweden, Finland and Denmark, as well as Moscow and parts of Spain. The cause of the problem is unknown so far.
