Ice Runners: Russians in swimsuits go jogging in -24C (VIDEO)
The end of November and brass-monkey weather did not stop those crazy Russians from cheerily running, wearing nothing but their swimsuits. Ice-swimming enthusiasts held the lung-busting race in freezing temperatures as low as -24C.

Yes, Russians just love it cold - a group of ice swimmers from the city of Irkutsk near Lake Baikal has proven it again. Up to 20 competitors took part in the icy race on November 24, marking 'Ice Swimmers Day.'

Head of the local ice-swimmers club, Andrey Bugai, said the sports event was aimed at drawing local residents’ attention to a healthy lifestyle.
