CenterTelecom posts 1H 2009 Net Profit of 2.93 billion Roubles
Russian fixed line telecom, CenterTelecom, has posted a 1H 2009 Net Profit of 2.93 billion Roubles.
The bottom line is up 20.4 % year on year from the 2.43 billion Roubles Net Profit posted for 1H 2008, with EBITDA up 25.6 % to 8.46 billion Roubles and Revenues also rising 7.53 % year on year to 18.21 billion Roubles.
The company mostly attributed higher Revenues to a jump in Domolink internet subscribers, which grew by 28%, with internet services providing now for 13.36% of the company’s Revenues, up from 10.37% a year ago.
