Secret agent Kardashian: Reality TV star branded Instagram mole by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards

In what would be a case of hiding in plain sight, Kim Kardashian West has apparently been accused of being a secret agent for Instagram by Iran’s Revolutionary Guards.

A senior intelligence spokesperson for Tehran’s Centre for Surveying and Combating Organised Cyber Crime thinks the reality TV star is in cahoots with Instagram’s Chief Executive Kevin Systrom, reports Iran Wire.

“Ms Kim Kardashian is a popular fashion model so Instagram’s CEO tells her, ‘make this native,’ Mostafa Alizadeh said, while appearing on an Iranian news show last Sunday.

“There is no doubt that financial support is involved as well. We are taking this very seriously.”

A cyberspace crime unit of the Revolutionary Guard Corps is reportedly waging a war of morality, against what it deems unseemly social media activity by fashion conscious Iranian women.

It is claimed that a number of glamorous females in Iran have already been rounded up and questioned for posting pictures of themselves modelling western-style dress on social media accounts such as Instagram.

According to Iran Wire, Elna Golrokh, who commands a considerable following on Instagram, was one of the women recently arrested by authorities. It is understood she has now left the country for Dubai.

Mr Alizadeh was previously quoted by the BBC advocating the sterilization of ‘popular’ cyberspace forums to remove material considered immoral.
