London Bridge underground station was evacuated following reports of a fire. Police cordoned off the area with at least four fire engines in attendance at one of the station entrances. Reports suggest a blaze broke out in the basement.

Transport for London (TfL) said in a statement that roads are "part blocked by emergency services responding to fire alert".
