For the second night in succession an English team has defied the odds to reach the Champions League Final as Tottenham broke Ajax hearts with a last minute winner in Amsterdam.

A trio of second-half strikes from Lucas Moura, with the pivotal one coming in the sixth minute of injury time, earned Tottenham Hotspur a place in the Champions League final on away goals.
