Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp couldn’t hold back as his team staged an incredible comeback against Barcelona to reach the UEFA Champions League final.

Doubles from Divock Origi and Georginio Wijnaldum saw the Reds thrash Barca 4-0 at Anfield and overturn a 3-0 first-leg deficit in one of the club’s most famous nights.

It booked Liverpool a spot in a second successive Champions League final, where they will face either Ajax or fellow Premier League team Tottenham.

After his team’s incredible heroics, Liverpool boss Klopp couldn’t contain his excitement in the post-match interview broadcast live on BT Sport.

"It’s 10 past 10, most of the children are probably in bed. These boys are f***ing mentality giants - it's believable. If you have to fine me, fine me,” Klopp said as the BT presenter rushed to apologize for the choice language.

Klopp's team were without star forwards Mohamed Salah and Roberto Firmino, but incredibly still managed to overcome a Barcelona team who had plenty of chances, including through Lionel Messi and returning striker Luis Suarez.

But it was Liverpool who emerged triumphant on an epic night at Anfield, as the Reds faithful serenaded their team until long after the final whistle.

While they have booked their place in June's final in Madrid, attentions will first turn to the chance to win a first Premier League title in 29 years as their battle with Manchester City at the top of the table goes down to the final game this weekend.

Liverpool face Wolves at home, and lie one point behind City, who face Brighton away.
