“You're either with us, or against us.” Many would find this an accurate description of US diplomacy over the last two decades. But in the multi-polar world of the 21st century, does such an approach still hold water? Does the agreement between Russia and the US on Syria's chemical weapons, and the catastrophe it narrowly averted, herald new possibilities for cooperation between global rivals? To investigate these issues, Oksana is joined by veteran US diplomat Thomas Pickering, the former US ambassador to the UN and Russia.
