Athletes without borders? MacQuarrie, Chair of National Anti-Doping Organisations

There will be no Russian tricolor at the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, but there will be athletes from Russia. No national anthem will be played during official ceremonies but there will probably be many capella renditions from fans, and possibly, even the athletes themselves. You can take the athlete from the country, but, can you take the country from the athlete? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Doug MacQuarrie, Chair of the Institute of National Anti-Doping Organisations.
