Poverty of plenty?

A man who didn't like Russia much once called it Nigeria with snow. And indeed, the two countries have lots of similar challenges - from the oil curse to corruption to terrorism. But is this comparison really as offensive as it was intended to be? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Geoffrey Onyeama, Nigerian minister of foreign affairs.
