Libya: East vs West?

While global attention is fixed on the fragile Syrian peace talks, it is actually Libya where the big diplomatic game is being played out. Divided between rival governments in Tripoli and Tobruk, this war-ravaged country is also a geopolitical battleground between the European West and the Arab East, with Russia delicately poised in the middle. Is a compromise over Libya possible both domestically and internationally? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Mohamed Dayri, the Libyan Minister of Foreign Affairs representing the authorities in Tobruk.
