Evolution of cruelty?

Mahatma Gandhi famously said that moral progress can be judged by the way animals are treated. Now, with war and cruelty toward fellow humans becoming increasingly mundane, the question of moral progress is somewhat irrelevant. But where does it leave the animals? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Azzedine Downes, president and CEO of the International Fund for Animal Welfare.
