The Syrian war has seen a number of intersections when a negotiated settlement seemed, if not within reach, then not fully out of the question. Yet each time, the spoilers have had their way. How long will war continue to carry the day? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Mokhtar Lamani, former deputy UN envoy to Syria and former head of the Damascus office for the UN Arab League Joint Task Force in the country.
