Electoral flashback?

Polls suggest that Russians are more animated by the US presidential race than by their own parliamentary elections, and that’s in spite of the Kremlin putting a lot of effort into ensuring the vote’s legitimacy and high turnout. Will the new Russian Duma be different from the old one? To discuss this, Oksana is joined by Stephen Sestanovich, a professor at Columbia University and senior fellow at the Council on Foreign Relations.
