Ceasefire & Quagmire
Despite pessimistic predictions, the fragile ceasefire in Eastern Ukraine has been holding for more than a week. Can this opportunity be used to push the conflict out of a stalemate that has become the safe option for politicians, but a seemingly endless ordeal for civilians?
