Tripping on policy? Ft. Johann Hari, journalist & author

For decades, governments have been fighting and losing a war on drugs, which has left addicts high, dry, and stuck in the vicious cycle of prison systems. With prohibition driving up prices, the only winners of these policies seem to be organized crime gangs.
