Tripping on policy? Ft. Johann Hari, journalist & author

For decades, governments have been fighting and losing a war on drugs, which has left addicts high, dry, and stuck in the vicious cycle of prison systems. With prohibition driving up prices, the only winners of these policies seem to be organized crime gangs. But what happens when governments legalize drugs and focus on supporting, rather than punishing, addicts? And what is the evidence that liberal drug policies do a better job of tackling the problem? Oksana is joined by journalist and author Johann Hari to thrash out these issues.
